Black koji
Black koji (黒麹) is the awamori koji: bold, rich, full-bodied shochu.

Okinawa's spirit from Thai rice and black koji (Ryukyu awamori). Aged three years or more it becomes kusu: rounder, sweeter, with vanilla-like notes.
