From “How to read a sake label”

Five things on a sake label tell you how it was made and how fresh it is: the grade (junmai ginjo and so on), the polishing ratio, the ingredients, the alcohol content and the bottling date. If the brewery also prints the sake meter value and acidity, you get a hint of sweet or dry as well.
