Yachiya Shuzo (やちや酒造株式会社)

Yachiya Shuzo is a sake brewery in Ohitomachi, Kanazawa, Ishikawa, producing the Kagatsuru sake brand, with roots tied to the Maeda family of the Kaga domain.

What kind of brewery is Yachiya Shuzo?

The mid-Edo period brewery building has a distinctive plane-cut surface finish, and together with the main house it is a registered tangible cultural property.
