What kind of brewery is it?

Brewing here is traced to 1697, when the fifth Yagi head brewed about ten koku of sake. In the modern era the brewery operated as Yagi Shuzo and brewed Fuyu no Hana in 1900. In 1936 it merged with Komatsu Shuzo through a family tie and became Kubiki Shuzo. A new brewhouse was added in 1972, Koshiji no Kobai began in 1983, and a bottling plant opened in 1995.
