What kind of brewery is it?

The brewery has devoted itself to sake making for over three hundred years since the Genroku era. It has carried on the aims and skills of its predecessors and nurtured tradition by meeting its drinkers' expectations. In the cold climate of Saku, Shinshu, it brews with clear water and abundant rice. Today it selects ingredients together with rice farmers and values authentic, traditional methods with its toji and brewers, aiming for sake rooted in the land of Saku.
