What kind of brewery is it?

The founder, Yoshitaro Ide, began brewing with the clear water of the Ureshino River while also working on tea research and export, and named the brand Toranoko. After he and his heir died in quick succession, his second son Matajiro took over the business and opened a sales shop in Sasebo in the late Taisho era. The business passed through generations, and Atsuko Azuma became the sixth-generation president on 1 October 2020.
