What kind of brewery is it?
Nakazawa Shuzo was founded in 1825 in Matsuda, Kanagawa. Alongside its work as a village headman, it brewed sake with rice from the Ashigara area. In the late Edo period it supplied the Odawara domain, and the lord gave the brewery the name Matsumidori for its sake. The 11th-generation owner now leads the brewing of Ryo and the other sake.
What makes it distinct
