What kind of brewery is it?

History

The company started in Imari, Saga, in 1985, centred on the shochu Nonnoko and the sake Munemasa. In March 2002 it moved its head office and plant to Arita Porcelain Park and opened the Arita brewery as a sightseeing distillery and brewery. Its water comes from Mount Kurokami, and in October 2003 it launched Nonnoko Kuro, made only from Saga-grown ingredients. It stresses handcrafted production.

Visiting
