What kind of distillery is it?

History

The brewery was founded in 1688, and the current president is the 14th generation. It has sent out so many toji that it is nicknamed the Mitsutake School. It incorporated in 1960, and Hiroyuki Mitsutake became president in 1984 at age 21. Strong in ginjo sake, it began shochu in the 1990s and widened to sweet potato, barley and rice, and in 2011 added liqueur and fermented food licences. Its mottos are that brewing builds people, and innovation from tradition.
