What kind of brewery is it?

The brewery was founded in 1855 by Harada Tokuemon in Ikuji, Higashiura, on the Chita Peninsula. The Ikujii name comes from a well linked to Yamato Takeru, west of the brewery, and has been used since the founding. The business was later registered as Harada Shuzo Goshi Kaisha, and after the Isewan Typhoon damaged the brewery it moved to its present site. It has been brewing for 170 years in the birthplace of Odai no Kata.

Master brewer
The toji is Imaizumi Katsuyasu, and the brewery follows Echigo toji style traditional techniques.
Ingredients
Uses Aichi-developed sake rice such as Wakamizu and Yumeginga.
Water
The brewery is in an area blessed with subterranean water from the Chita Peninsula's small rivers.
