What kind of brewery is it?

In 1818, Kozaemon, the fifth head of the farming Nagase family, noticed the good rice from the terraced fields and the abundant spring water and began brewing sake. The current head is the 11th generation of the family and the 7th since brewing began. Toji from Echigo and then Nanbu led the brewing, and now the owner serves as toji. Being in the mountains, transporting rice and sake was hard before cars.
