What kind of brewery is it?
As its name suggests, Yorozuya Jozoten once made miso and soy sauce as well as sake. The name reflects the food culture exchange that came with Fujikawa river transport, and it is still carried on today. Most buildings on the grounds date from the Meiji era, and the old miso storehouse was converted into the Rokusai gallery in June 2001. The main house and courtyard are carefully maintained.
