This umeshu is made with an abundance of fully ripened "Nanko Ume," considered the finest variety of plums.

Soaked in ginjo sake brewed by Kankobai Shuzo, it offers a rich aroma and flavor of fully ripened plums, with a pleasant acidity and a clean sweetness, making it an elegant and smooth-drinking umeshu.

Enjoy it chilled and straight, or on the rocks, mixed with soda, or with hot water.
